Phil Hotz (’13) is a a recording engineer and producer based in Toronto. He was recently hired as an assistant engineer at Revolution Recording. After OIART, Phil began as an runner at Revolution and later assisted for Timothy Abraham at The Hive. In his first stint at Revolution, Phil worked on sessions with groups like Metric, ALVVAYS, Arkells, Hey Rosetta! and The Sheepdogs. Phil also works of his own studio space where he has engineered projects for artists like Dinamo Azari (Azari&III), Igor Cavalera (Sepultura), Grand Analog and Gavin Slate.
