Jay Perry - Alumni Spotlight

Jay Perry (‘91) is the owner of Points East Audio Visual in Prince Edward Island. After graduation from OIART’s audio and music production school, Jay headed west to Victoria, BC where he became the installations manager for Pacific Audio Works, worked in live sound, and for a time was Special FX Technician in the exhibits department for the Royal BC Museum.



In 2006, he moved back home to the east coast and started his own Audio Visual company which has grown to include not only design, consulting, installations and sales, but also a full rental and production division. Jay says, “OIART gave me a solid background for what has become a lifelong career in the AV industry.”
