Alex Robillard (’15) graduated from OIART and hit the ground running. Hired by The Foundry in Thunder Bay’s Waterfront Entertainment District as a house sound engineer where he has continued working even as, in 2016, Alex gained full-time employment as an AV technician at Lakehead University. Recognizing the abundance of opportunities for talent sound designers, Alex has also worked on multiple short film projects and has occasionally worked as a recording engineer and touring front-of-house mix for bands; most notably, The Honest Heart Collective.
